The whole Riviera Holiday Homes team is very touched by the Covid-19 situation. We know that your vacation plans are affected.

Now that we can see more and more clearly about the next events (deconfinement from May 11th) in France, we think you might want to relive some special moments with your own.

Travelling abroad after such a pandemic will not really be an option. Because given the global situation, we are not all at the same stage of the epidemic.

At Riviera Holiday Homes, the health of our clients and our teams is of course a top priority.

Exclusively for you, we have put in place very elaborate hygiene practices.

In order to respond to this, and for the whole year 2020, we have created a policy of serenity for you, allowing you to cancel your stay at any time and at no cost, as we are following the ministerial decrees and the progress of the covid-19 situation in due time. The health of our clients and our teams is of course an absolute priority.

The national authorities have announced exceptional measures aimed at maintaining the country’s economic stability and in particular that of the tourism sector, which has been very badly affected by this health crisis. This state of health emergency specifically authorises tourism professionals to issue a credit note for an amount equivalent to the totality of payments made for stays cancelled due to the Covid-19 crisis since 1 March (order no. 2020-315 of 25 March 2020).
