It’s been 10 years of happiness, already!


Interview with Lucienne Giulian, managing partner of Riviera Holiday Homes. She talks about her ambitions, her vision of her profession and her experience. She wants to make sure that each and every stay with RHH is an unforgettable one for her customers.

Riviera Holiday Homes celebrated its 10th anniversary on 20th September. 10 years is an important milestone, please tell us how you feel about this. 

These past 10 years have been very important for me. It’s as if I was celebrating the birthday of one of my children. We are a people-friendly group and every step is important. It’s our duty to do better, to do more and to give our 400%. I am someone who believes in always moving forward. I am naturally joyful and I like being the unifying factor. On this beautiful occasion, it’s important for me to thank all our partnersservice providersfriendsfamilycolleaguessupport staffcustomers and tenants for having helped us survive these intense yet lovely 10 years.

What is most important to you? 

My family, my friends and also my region

The Côte d’Azur is a precious gem. I was born here, I grew up here. This region is magical, magnificent and I would like people to discover it. But not just in any which way…

What do you mean…?

Well, I am someone who appreciates the natural beauty around me. I like to enjoy and am quite a hedonist and I think my customers are the same. The things that I offer are the things that I like and where I would personally like to spend my holidays. I am demanding and think it is necessary to be that way in our world of tourism. It’s a great quality in my opinion.

How do the next 10 years look like to you? 

It’s a real challenge and a strong presence online will require a good digital and social media strategy to help us remain more and more visible on the internet. We are filled with enthusiasm, passion and of course knowledge, which (I hope) will help us avoid uberizingtourism and withstand foreign platforms. I am convinced that we must use the collaborative economy by placing the “human” experience at the heart of our system. We will have to offer quality products, premium services, great pieces of advice, a warm reception and more generally, availability to ensure optimal satisfaction for our customers.

What message would you like to give to all the visitors to your website? 

The Riviera Holiday Homes devotes all its energy and does what it takes to make your stay a memorable one, give you a positive experience and leave you fully satisfied. Care is our “key” word. Yes, our customers choose villas or apartments where they can spend a pleasant holiday without any nasty surprises. I guarantee good surprises (laughs)!
