1. First of all, congratulations on your new site! You’ve made some important decisions during the last 10 years: what have you focused on?
I started off wanting to make it easier for future holidaymakers to visit our site and make them feel like coming to the Côte d’Azur. It’s true that our region is magnificent and wins over many tourists. My role is to greet them when they arrive offering them unforgettable holidays, without any problems or unpleasant surprises. That’s why I decided to have a website which reassures visitors, simplifying the process of looking at different properties (villas or apartments) while also providing them with a choice based on what type of holiday experience they were looking for: seaside, town centre, inland area. There’s an interactive map which enables people visiting the site to compare prices quickly based on the location of the properties.
2. What are tourists looking for when they come to the Côte d’Azur?
Above all they expect a property which represents good value for money in terms of quality and service. This is my priority. Not only to offer high-quality villas or apartments, in line with local rental prices, but also to allow holidaymakers to feel comfortable, guided, so they can feel at home as soon as they arrive. Ensure they have a superb holiday experience.
3. Are online bookings subject to conditions?
I’m glad to say I have a loyal clientele. People who come back regularly, who have literally fallen in love with the French Riviera and who trust me. I’m also convinced that guiding and supporting customers is crucial i.e. providing services such as airport/property rented taxi/shuttle, the possibility of having breakfast delivered and my mobile in case of a problem have all become essential extras!
